Phénix Transfer


Phénix Transfer (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) presents its general terms and conditions below. Any customer who has validated a reservation by telephone or internet must have read and accepted the general conditions of the Company. The latter can in no way be held responsible for errors and omissions on your part "as a Customer" in the event that you have neglected to read our general conditions before making and validating a reservation. For any questions or additional explanations, we remain at your disposal to assist you.

However, from time to time, the Company may decide to change or modify certain content. This is why you should regularly consult our pages before making a reservation in order to be aware of any changes that may occur.

The Company undertakes to respond to all your requests, to meet your expectations and to act in the most professional manner possible within the scope of its competences, in order to guarantee you a pleasant trip free from any danger.


When booking via the website, the Customer is required to provide the Company with all the essential information on the service to be provided, such as: name, dates, times, pick-up and destination address, payment details and information relating to subsequent payment for the services requested.

Therefore, we acknowledge receipt as soon as possible electronically and contact the Customer to inquire about the terms of payment for the services requested. In the event of any change to the transfer details previously provided, it is the Customer's responsibility to contact the Company.

The Company re-confirms each service 24 hours prior to pick-up. In the event of non-receipt, the Customer must contact the Company to check whether the reservation is in order or to report any inconsistencies.


We offer you prices including all of our services as mentioned in the reservation. You will not be charged any additional cost, except in the case of additional requests, costs incurred in the event of a delay of more than 1 hour, last minute reservations, etc. The price must be fixed between the Company and the Customer, with regard to the rates and tariffs in force. The prices applied to a customer at the time of booking may be modified only in the event of a change in determining factors such as the exchange rate between the Euro and the Swiss Franc, fuel prices, taxes or other government taxes.


The distance and time of the transfer indicated in your reservation may vary for security, weather or unforeseen reasons.


You can pay for your reservation by credit card (for security reasons, we send you a secure payment link, so you will not have to provide your credit card details online), by cash or by bank transfer (at least 5 days before the pick-up date). In case of reservation by cash payment, the Company asks you for the credit card details only to guarantee your reservation: the Company will be authorized to withdraw the amount from the card, if you are unable to carry out the transaction and you do not not inform us beforehand. For cash payment, please check that you have the necessary amount indicated on your reservation.


Any change to a reservation must be notified to us by email or telephone and becomes effective once the Company has received it and confirmed it by email.

You are responsible for any increase in the cost of the transfer services resulting from the requested change: below you will find some examples of price changes that may be applied:

  • Additional charges for last-minute changes (changes less than 48 hours before your pick-up date are accepted)
  • Additional transfers: CHF 20.- for groups of 1-4 people; CHF 40.- for groups of 5-8 people; CHF 60.- for groups of 9-50 people.
  • 1 hour wait: CHF 40.- for groups of 1-4 people; CHF 80.- for groups of 5-8 people; CHF 120.- for groups of 9-50 people.
  • Specific rates will be applied for each of the services not mentioned above.
  • 3 changes in an already confirmed booking are free. From the fourth modification, CHF 40.- are due for administrative costs.

All changes are subject to availability. No request for modification or cancellation must be made with the drivers. The right to confirm changes is reserved solely to the Company.


Free cancellation will be applied 24 hours or more before pick up time, for 1-8 passengers. Cancellations received less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time entitle us to terminate the transfer request, without issuing a refund. For all canceled and non-refundable transfers, we will be able to provide an invoice, so that you can claim return costs from your tour operator, airline or travel insurance provider.

For large groups (more than 9 passengers) free cancellation will be applied 72 hours before the pick-up time.

For periods of special events, any cancellation of group transfer reservations must be made at least 30 days before the pick-up date.

The cancellation policy does not apply to "no free cancellation" / "non-refundable" reservations. No modifications or changes are allowed for 'non-refundable' reservations.

Any cancellation request made by telephone or e-mail will be effective once confirmed by e-mail from the Company.


Depending on the season and the route requested, we can accept reservations from 0 to 24 hours before the pick-up time. However, it is recommended to make a reservation 24 hours before the pick-up time, in order to avoid lack of availability. In addition, additional charges may be charged as a last minute reservation.


In the event of the occurrence of unforeseen events and circumstances beyond our control, such as war, epidemics, natural disasters, military operations, etc., the effects and consequences generated cannot be financially mitigated or foreseeable , as well as delays and deviations caused by weather conditions (heavy rain, storms, fires, etc.) or the malfunctioning of public service transport (changes in the schedule of planes, trains, etc.), the Company reserves the right to right to cancel the transfers concerned or to make changes to the route initially planned.

In rare cases, if the reservation is canceled by us, the Company will inform the Customer as soon as possible and refund the full amount already paid.


All children and infants, regardless of age, must be counted and included in the total number of passengers when making a reservation.

Child seats are optionally provided at an additional cost. It is recommended that you inform us of the concrete age of the child beforehand, so that the Company can provide a suitable seat. If you want to use your own child seat, we need to be informed in advance in order to be sure that the corresponding vehicle is suitable for this type of seat. When booking buses, child seats cannot be provided, as these vehicles do not have the compatible seats.
