You can make the booking both online and in writing or by e-mail. Your reservation should be submitted at least 24 hours before your arrival.
When an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout, containing information about the contents and price of the order.
As a customer, you can choose from the specified transfer services and the time that suits you best. Phénix Transfer cannot be held responsible for any incorrect information or due to any delay beyond its control.
As a customer, you can cancel an order within 48 hours and you will be refunded the amount of the latter to the account with which you paid for your order.
